I started my detox journey about 20 years ago. I wasn't feeling my best and in fact was feeling pretty sick. I started to have some symptoms that I didn't like, including: Hot flashes, mood swings, weight gain and so many more. I started to change the way I was eating and started to feel so much better over time.
Women always ask me how often should we be detoxing. The answer is, at a minimum seasonally. We should be supporting our detox pathways everyday because of the amount of toxins that are entering our bodies daily. We need to aid our liver and gut so that it can handle the toxic load.
