Cravings before your period is such a common thing for a lot of women. This was certainly the case for me before. Not to mention I loved sugar. Once we do that it's nice to have a healthier sweet treat every once in a while. Below is a new recipe for you to try! So good, these are one of my favourites! Chocolate Peanut butter Heaven 15 dates pitted ( soak them for 5 mins to soften ) 2 tbsp of maple syrup 1 scoop of Nu Zest Chocolate Protein Powder 1 Tsp organic cacao powder 3/4 cup of Organic peanut butter 2 Tsp chia seeds 1/3 cup chopped walnuts 5 Tsp Sesame seeds to coat the balls Cut up the dates into small pieces add in the maple syrup, Nuzest Lean Clean Protein chocolate protein powder. Once everything is smooth and blended, take a portion and roll it into a ball, then roll it in sesame seeds, or coconut if you prefer. Place in the fridge for 15 mins, then enjoy!
