A lack of sleep is common for many women going through peri menopause & menopause. Our hormones aren't functioning the way that they should be. Poor diet, toxic overload a lack of exercise and poor mindset, are all contributing factors.
In order for your hormones to balance properly, we must get enough sleep. We run the risk of insulin resistance, sugar cravings, anxiety and type 2 diabetes. When we aren't eating the proper foods and supplying our bodies with the nutrients that are right for us, we run the risk of not being able to fall asleep and stay asleep. There are so many things that can wake us up at night. If you are having a hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep then I have some tips for you to follow that have helped me and my clients tremendously.
